2 lbs frozen hashbrowns (defrosted)
1 pint sour cream
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup Cream of Chicken (or Cream of Mushroom)
12 oz mozzerella cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375*
Mix all ingredients well
Spread in buttered 9x13 pan
Sprinkle top with crushed cornflakes, and dab with butter
Cook for 1 hour uncovered
